Raised in SE Idaho, I moved to Spokane to attend Gonzaga University in 1989. After graduation, I spent a couple of years working within my field of study on a cancer research project at the University of Utah. I found the work to lack the interpersonal connections I desired in a career and I returned to Spokane where I found a very rewarding niche in the hospitality industry. I purchased my first home near Gonzaga in 1999. Although I didn’t know it, this was the beginning of my real estate career. I rented out part of my home to a law student and from there I began searching for other investment properties. I soon realized that I could use the same interpersonal skills, commitment to service and belief in the value of excellent communication that I applied in my hospitality career in the real estate profession.
I have now been personally buying and selling real estate and representing clients in their real estate needs since 2005. Make no mistake, though, I am not a salesperson. If you are looking to buy, I will take you through an extensive needs and wants analysis, and then put powerful technology to use to identify the best options for your next home that are currently available on the market. Then we shop. When we walk in the right house, you will know, I won’t have to sell you on a thing. It is then that I become your advocate, guiding you through all the steps of the transaction, protecting your interests, until I have the pleasure of handing you the keys to your new home.
If you are looking to sell, we’ll go through a similar exercise, discussing what your goals are to ensure that our pricing and marketing strategies align with your best interests and get you to where it is you want to be.
I have chosen Spokane as my home. I look forward to the opportunity to help you make it yours as well.
