Jon Merkel

Jon is a Spokane Valley Native, where he graduated from East Valley High School and subsequently attended Gonzaga University. After putting his Engineering degree to work for 5 years, he pursued a career change to Real Estate. Jon bought his first fixer-upper in 2017 and has since rehabbed another home purchased in 2019. He has a keen attention to detail — vital to any real estate transaction. He is driven and is looking forward to working hard for his clients as well as building relationships along the way.
