Jerry Kostelecky

I was born in North Dakota but I have spent most of my years in Spokane, I graduated from North Central and am proud to be a graduate of Eastern Washington University.I spent 25 years as a home builder in the Spokane area, and 15 years as a Pillar to Post Home Inspection franchise owner. I feel that my background in the home building and home inspection business has helped me realize the importance of individualized customer service. Being a stickler for the details has helped me represent my clients best interests. I am a sports fanatic and enjoy going to my grand kids football, basketball and soccer games.

Pat and Alisa currently own Silver Homes LLC and have become professionals in vacation and rental property management.  With extensive knowledge of construction and real estate management, Pat enjoys showing clients properties and is always willing to spend the time necessary to find the right home or rental.

Pat, Alisa, and their 9 children enjoy their time off together snow skiing, water skiing, camping, and being involved in church activities.
